Meet our Staff
Paula Jagodzinski, Staffing Manager, started her career in staffing in 2008, she worked for a corporate owned staffing agency. She has been in the staffing and recruiting industry for 15 years. Paula enjoys meeting with candidates and finding the right placement for their needs. She loves spending time with her family and friends and her two dogs Vader and Wicket. Family is everything to her.

Meet our Staff
Dera Blanchard, Owner, started her career in staffing in 1998, she worked for both franchisee and corporate owned staffing agencies. After 20 plus years of working for others she decided it was time to put her skills and knowledge to work for herself and opened D&J Services. Dera chose D&J as her company named after her two sons Dylan & Jackson.
